Covid Task Group

The delivery of multiple technical initiative as a response to the Covid pandemic which includes: -

Delivery of 350 laptops in 2 weeks, to enable staff to work from home.

The rollout of Office 365 to 750 staff and advisers, which includes MS Teams and SharePoint.

Technical business continuity to ensure that all systems where hosted in data centres rather than in the Openwork offices.

Website Refresh

The consolidation of 13 websites and intranets into 5 as part of a group rebrand. This involved a tender exercise and the implementation on Umbraco across the organisations.

Customer Journey Automation

Re-engineering an inefficient process, which contacts customers and gets them to book an appointment to install SMART meters.

This project includes a re-write of a customer journey, the tender process and engagement with an omni-channel vendor. This project identifies a group of customers, determines their optimal communication channel and targets an array of communications, encouraging customers to book appointments online or through the contact centre.

This project delivers benefits of £3.5 million

Digital Prepayment

Using Agile methodology to ensure that a range of functionality is readily available on npower.com / Digital App, IVR and SMS. This functionality includes the management of credit / debt position, minimum threshold alerts and the ability to automatically top up prepayment meters.

This project delivers benefits of £1.2 million.

QlikView

Implementing a data mining tool called QlikView, which enables the business to reduce costs and drive efficiencies. I carried out the implementation in 6 weeks, enabling the business to focus on reducing tenant arrears and property void time by 20%. 

The BIG Transfer

This Water company became responsible for a further 25% increase to its asset base of sewer that belongs to our customers.  My delivery programme consisted of 3 complex
